Do not use this firm. They have lousy support staff that does NOT do accurate paper work. First red flag was when I received notices from the paralegal with the incorrect dates of my accident and doctor's appointments. They also say on my settlement for 30 days before processing and the same paralegal Debbie, kept lying to me about when the settlement would be ready. She then directed me to follow up with the bookkeeper who informed me that my file wasn't even sent to insurance for charges to be determined, they had my check... read more
