Came here on Sunday, 7/26, to take the bean-to-bar chocolate-making class. We arrived about an hour before the class started. As soon as we walked into the retail shop, we were greeted like family. They let us know there were samples of different chocolate bars to try, explained the various products they offered, and shared what sets them apart from the rest. 10/10 experience.. Christina was an amazing and very thorough instructor. Never would’ve expected the Bean to Bar class to be so straightforward, informative and tasty!

The truffle class with Christina was so fun and informative! We weren’t sure about spending part of our trip taking a class, but I’m really glad we decided to go along with it. She was funny, informative, and demonstrated everything perfectly.

I highly enjoy make-your-own classes, and this was an excellent experience. You literally learn how to make a chocolate bar, from, as described, bean-to-bar. It was not only delicious, but educational and informative, and gives you a new appreciation about the chocolate bars buy.

we did the chocolate and coffee cupping class and it was super well organized and had some great flavors. they have some much chocolate to taste upon entering and you can purchase chocolate after the experience. we went through 3 pairings and it’s wild how much the chocolate is enhanced by the coffee and vice versa. would love to come back for the full chocolate making class and the wine and chocolate one. the chocolate factory also smells amazing. 10/10.
