Super knowledgeable, professional, and straight up! I had the best experience working with the owner of this shop when she helped me troubleshoot an amp issue. It was so nice to be able to visit a local shop and talk through various options with a person rather than wading through endless options online.
I keep making the mistake of coming back here simply because I know they do know how to Hook up.. and if things go wrong they gotta fix it but as once before they sold me a dream she talk way to fast she will talk over you you will not be able to negotiate with her she has prices that doesn’t make sense she makes up fake I’m doing you a favor deals and if something goes wrong THEY WILL NOT fix it right away they cause problem and will not fix it as fast as they took your money I bought wires radio and an extra battery I get ... read more
I had my jeep jk done about a year ago and love it. The woman noticed the sound wasn’t right and took the sub they originally put in and swapped it with a bigger one because the first one was blown. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn’t wanna over pay
Extremely unprofessional. Had and appointment schedule, came 30 mins out the way for them to be closed. The woman told me one information to get me in. Just to go back on her word and try to charge me more. The installer knows how to hook up, but english isn't his primary language. So make sure you know what he's doin. Sliced my factory wiring and did a ghetto rigged custom job that would be considered backyard work at best. Don't be like me and read the reviews and still decide to give them a chance.
