I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from RA & Associates. From the very beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. I was supposed to be referred to several specialists for treatment, but was told I needed authorization from the law firm first. Amazing professionalism… worked with RA associates for both my car accidents and both times had great treatment, great checks and most importantly I got taken real good care for all my health issues… my only piece of advice is: sometimes the journey might feel long, just be patient!
