I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from RA & Associates. From the very beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. I was supposed to be referred to several specialists for treatment, but was told I needed authorization from the law firm first. Despite repeated follow-ups, I often never heard back, and the medical providers never followed up either, leaving me without the care I needed. I did not seek out this Law firm. R and A has the tendency to give thier clients the run around. Months will pass by with little to no progress they may say will charge a 30% share of cost and end up charging 45% without reducing or paying medical expenses thier excuse is due to the length of time to settle and be paid for a client's case like it's our fault it's the opposing at fault insurance company's delay and R and As for not submitting documentation requested via email like the final draft breakdown which is essential to have from both attorney law fir... read more
