I have been part of R3 for just over a month & have to say I am thoroughly thrilled to be a part of the R3 family. I am over 50 & full of arthritis so there several exercises I simply can’t do however I move through the entire workout as the coaches devise modified versions of the move for me. Joining R3 has been one of the best and life changing decisions I’ve ever made! The coaches are awesome and you can feel their genuine care for their clients. I’ve been to other gyms and it was difficult for me to keep up or to keep going, thus, never seemed to be able to sustain the weight loss.
