NEVER EVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE to Repair your generator. I called them back in March. They said they would come right out at $100 per hour. I told them please do. It went downhill from there. Their tech shows and within a few minutes it became clear this poor chap had little to no training and it was all about trial and error. After three hours the Generac Help desk tech advises him, I need a Field Boost Kit. R3 tech calls his office to ask about the Kit and they advise him there are three on his truck. $279 to do this valve maintenance and replace plugs, air filter, oil change. Part of this price is a $120 dollar service charge, whether work was performed on the generator or not. A week prior to service, the service manager ask what my model and serial number is to assure they have the correct parts available for my generator. The day when the tech made his service call, he started to take off the valve covers and I asked if he has the valve gaskets to replace the old ones. He said he did not have them! Recently had a generator installed and I must say from beginning to end the whole process was seamless. From my interaction with Mark who came out to do the estimate, Beth who coordinated everything to the day of install when I had Walter and Walter Sr on site. It was fabulous, I would highly recommend this company for generator installation
