Far from impressed, they lock you in to a 48 month contract, requiring 12 months cancellation notice. They tell you no price rises during the contract period, today one year in we receive a price increase notification! Rip off setup and training fee's, training was next to useless, basically left to find your own way around. Software is clunky, bug ridden and it actually takes my fitters far longer to complete inspection data entry than it used to, we use it for the bare minimum. Don’t update their walkaround check app that’s poor and dated. Tied into contract. Can’t add vehicles on system as other users have had them in the past. Not the greatest. Customer service poor

Was a surprise fee to set up off £1200 and r2c won’t refund it or help me as a small business this is a lot off money as soon as r2c take your money they don’t care don’t call back and offer poor service
