I'm giving 2 stars because I only had one interaction. This is my experience and do not know if this is a common occurrence. My non-verbal PreK student was approved for bus service. We waited almost 2 weeks for a call back from Mr. Smith. Had to have the school reach out to him. Received a call from school telling me that bus service was set and given pick up and drop off times.
