The lack of communication was pretty bad. I worked with Ms. Taltoan for estate planning and was often told missed deadlines were due to email issues she was having. I’ve attempted email communications and phone calls but have not had any follow up. Although services were paid for, I’ve yet to receive final documents. The process was started in July and it is now October.
This is not a reliable lawyer. If I could give zero stars, I would. Find someone else. Poor communication, and she will never complete the job. She was paid and never completed my estate planning.
Raeneice Talton Reed was the court-appointed attorney assigned to help me with obtaining guardianship of my special needs brother. While she was helpful and communicative before the court date, everything changed after we met with the judge. After the hearing, I never received the guardianship paperwork.
