Usually reliable, but as of late, seems to be operating on limited hours. Used to be a 24 hour/ 7 day service, but just now ( October, 2022) I kept dialing and dialing ( hoping to change the time of a reserved pick-up) with no response. Even walked over to the place to find it closed ( 8:55 AM, Sunday). Disappointing, because usually R Transport is very reliable.
