Purchased a mattress yesterday and it was delivered today to Paradise.. that's what I call service..their mattresses are high quality and very reasonably priced .. Dealt with Cathy who was fantastic in explaining all details about their different types of mattresses as well as making delivery arrangments..it was a pleasure dealing with her
Not good. Bought a mattress. Told it would be delivered witin the week. Week passed no mattress no call. Called and asked, told it was problem in factory, delivery in a couple days. Week passed no mattress no call. Went to showroom. Mattress not made factory went on vacation now also. Received Refund.
Very friendly staff
Superb customer service and very knowledgeable of their merchandise. Purchased a custom leather couch 10 years ago, the couch is used daily and leather still same as new.
Great friendly staff, furniture arrived on time when promised, definitely will shop at Tetford & Son again!
