They may have had a pair of boots in my size but we'll never know. The employees hung out at the cash register and carried on a conversation rather than helping the only customer in the store... won't ever be back here again.

Just went to browse. We were asked if we needed help with anything, but otherwise we were left to browse. Employees stayed huddled together talking. Prices are a bit steep for my taste. Store is well organized though.

Absolutely horrible service! If you need to get boots ordered good luck. They were supposed to order my boots 6 months ago and I have called over 10 times asking about them. And they said there on their way but still haven’t heard from them or seen the boots. Never tried so hard to buy something from someone

Very uncomfortable shopping experience. The woman watched me the whole time I shopped. Asked me if I needed something while I was browsing, after I already told her I was good. She wasn’t trying to be helpful, she was watching me like a hawk, tho I had no pockets or handbag. I was in the dressing room and she came over and asked me if I was ok. ??? I’ll never enter that store again!
