I will not be back to this place I have gave them plenty of money and I mean plenty. My 13 year old son worked and saved up money to buy a pair of boots. He has them for a couple weeks (red wings) and the padding shifted and the metal part is rubbing his foot. Took them back up there and was told it would be 6months they can send them out to have them fixed. We'll in the mean time what are we supposed to do? They may have had a pair of boots in my size but we'll never know. The employees hung out at the cash register and carried on a conversation rather than helping the only customer in the store... won't ever be back here again.
Just went to browse. We were asked if we needed help with anything, but otherwise we were left to browse. Employees stayed huddled together talking. Prices are a bit steep for my taste. Store is well organized though.
Absolutely horrible service! If you need to get boots ordered good luck. They were supposed to order my boots 6 months ago and I have called over 10 times asking about them. And they said there on their way but still haven’t heard from them or seen the boots. Never tried so hard to buy something from someone
