Uncooperative, rigid and lacks compassion. During an urgent situation, I (as the Executor) requested a meeting/consultation with Sandy Bruce and was told "He's very busy. We don't have any appointments until November". I apologize if my family member's imminent death was an inconvenience to your schedule and my request for your counsel was pre-death when you preferred after the fact.

Mr Bruce didn't care if I was satisfied as a client. He simply stopped responding to my messages and requests. It was a simple family law issue. His bill was atrocious, and my simple legal issue, 8 months later, is no closer to being resolved than the day I met him. He does not care about his clients as human beings in my own experience/exchange.
