Do not go to this physician. He doesn't care about his patients. His staff is uncaring and runs interference so you never get the doctor's help. Your messages disappear into a black hole and they continuously claim to have never gotten them or that their voicemail doesn't work. We have been fighting with them over the care of an elderly family member with a fractured hip. We needed prescriptions that the hospital requested when she was discharged and this office just keeps telling us (for 4 days) the doctor doesn't have time... read more
I went there a few years ago, was forgotten while waiting to see the PA, left in the exam room for it seemed like 2 hours, totally forgot I was there! Also, the front staff is RUDE-asked about one of the dr.s and was laughed at. They're only in it for the money. They used to have magazines, noticed last time there, nothing. You are treated like a piece of meat!
My family has been going to see Terry for ever!!! We love her, she has taken such good care of all of us, especially my Mother! She is so easy to talk to, unlike other doctors! She is also, straight forward and direct. In no way does she beat around the bush!! That's the trait that I value the most in her!! Thanks Terry for all of your help through out the years!!! The 3 generations of dedicated patients of Terry!
