Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone at this establishment. I left a message with the person who answered the phone to relay to the owner and never heard back. I left several voicemails at the main number and also on their cell phone as they were referred to me by someone who insisted that this tax accountant is very good and to just be patient. I went to Reza at R&S Tax Services last year for my taxes. He seemed to be professional, which is why I returned this year. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience! When I arrived for my appointment, someone else was taken ahead of me. He was overbooking and juggling too many clients at once, 4 people were waiting in line, and things were running behind, so I waited extra since I had drove for more than 90 minutes! So unprofessional, not reliable at all, they stopped answering the phone, they will take your documents and never reply again if they are busy, if you go to the office the secretary will tell you Reza is working from home, you will file your taxes late and will have to pay late fees!
