This is by far the best place to get your taxes done around here.
I cannot recommend enough that you take your business elsewhere. I paid for this agency to file my 2021 taxes, they did not do it. I only discovered the problem a year later when I hadn't received my refund and was unable to file my taxes for the next tax year. The agency was nothing but rude when I asked them about it, claiming "it was a technical error, not our problem, you got your money." 6 months later I was hit with penalty fees due to their not filing on time, I was able to get the penalties waived, but only because t... read more
