I first contacted Joe/John in November of 2025. Was told to send a deposit to hold my spot. Was told could be 4-5 months. After not hearing from them I reached out on April 3rd to see where I was in the queue. Had to contact them again the end of April to see when they could upholster my chair. Was told to bring it in on April 20th. Contacted them again on May 29th and was told they hadn't even started on it yet. Told them we had sold our home and I needed it completed before June 15th. Extremely disappointed with my latest upholestry with these folks. Dropped off a bench cushion in April of this year. Picked it up today...they were supposed to put new foam or cushioning on this - not done. Work was sloppy the black backing was not even put on entirely on the back. I took the entire cushiion apart and will be redoing this myself. I have used them before and been satisifed but not this time. My extra material was covered in batting and dirty. I will not be going back.
