HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE THERE CLIENTS WAITING 2 PLUS HRS TO BE PICKED UP, AND THE OWNER IS VERY RUDE . DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My client used this company for transporting her to and from her doctors appointment. On December 3 they were late to pick her up so she had to reschedule her appointment. Today on December 4th they had us waiting almost 2 hrs to be picked up from the appointment . I absolutely do not recommend this service.
One of their drivers ran me off the road. In my attempt to catch up to him to get any identification off of the van I reached a speed in excess of 100mph! When I realized just how fast this nut was driving I backed off and called the office. The owner refuted the claim I made and said “our vans will not even do 100koh” and proceeded to hang up on me. What a joke of a business owner to be this indifferent about the safety of innocent people and to completely write off a person reporting the incident is remarkable to me. Utter... read more
