Sorry but I can't give an excellent review. I normally do my own taxes but last year my situation was a bit more complicated so I chose R&R to do my taxes. Went in and had them done and waited on my refunds. After about 3 weeks I had my federal but had not gotten my state refund. After about 5 weeks of waiting I started checking and went to a website for the state of Mississippi which said they had no record of my state income tax being filed.
