Friendly and good service.
Great folks to deal with!! I purchased their Okanagan super premium pellets and love them. I get less ash and more heat than with the previous super premium pellets that I used and at a much lower price. I have also purchased a blower motor and snap switch for my stove. Their customer service is excellent and their prices are fair. They talked me through trouble shooting my stove and getting me what I needed to get back up and running. Good old fashioned honest businessmen!
