My wife went in to look for a recliner. And she was told that they are closing in 10 minutes. This is 6:30 PM, but the store hours say they close at 8pm.
20% mark up on all furniture in store, look at what you want and shop online. I purchased some couches for 2400 and same couches online were 1900 with free shipping. I asked for them to at least give me free shipping since I got ripped off and they declined
After waiting 40 days for our couch set to be delivered to their store. We finally picked it up & I have to say "it's worth the wait". AJ the store manager explained that at times the cause of delay comes from the factory distribution center for a number of reasons that they have no control over. Awful yesterday after waiting about two months for two recliner love seats I was brought only one I had receipt in hand showing what I ordered and paid for in full. The man at r&r was so incredibly disgusting in his manner the way he came at me and my husband trying to rip us off. Don't waste your time here
Good thing it's closing. They have no deals they bump up the price just to give you the original price and say it was a sale.
