Great service very friendly done a great job.
Charlotte was absolutely amazing with us from start to finish of buying our first home. She was super responsive over email, I never waited more than a few hours for a response- no question was ever left unanswered. She took the stress away from our first house journey. RN Williams did a very bad job , Did not do searches correctly , after I applied for planning from council I was told I did not own half of my drive and part of the front side , also boundary fencing at back on side is on council land . All this was done by Tony , who has retired as was told by receptionist, when I told her this she just laughed and said well you should of checked , and they can’t do anything plus Tony has retired , I thought this is what I paid a solicitor to do , do all the correct searches , looks like I ... read more
