Very nice and extremely professional. Best ride in Charleston
Just witnessed one of the vans cut off a huge dump truck , making him slam on breaks to avoid hitting them… and as the truck is breaking , it’s also blowing the horn trying to get them to move up (there was space) , the van wouldn’t move. Don’t book with them if you would like a safe ride it seems.
Charged us full fare despite ride share arranged at airport; driver asked us to use our own phones for directions to each destination, then proceeded to not follow the directions.
We asked to be picked up at 1330 and for a vehicle that could get our rather odd shaped luggage into (2 boxes bikes). Shirley was on time, lovely and very helpful. It was also well priced. Thank you Reuben for organising.
