We asked to be picked up at 1330 and for a vehicle that could get our rather odd shaped luggage into (2 boxes bikes). Shirley was on time, lovely and very helpful. It was also well priced. Thank you Reuben for organising.
Charged us full fare despite ride share arranged at airport; driver asked us to use our own phones for directions to each destination, then proceeded to not follow the directions.
Experienced a driver honk at me for not turning right on red where there are 3 signs specifically saying no turn on red, and then the same vehicle ran the next light on Montague after it turned red. I would not ever hire a transportation company that has such a blatant disregard for traffic signs and signals
