This will be a list of facts, not opinions. 1. They use the whole width of 15th street like it's a bonus work space to unroll and cut carpet forcing you to drive around(photos coming shortly). 2. They keep their property a mess. Probably necessitating the aforementioned behavior. 3. They used increasingly immoral tactics to rapidly push out a cherished local family business of 15 years after purchasing the property.
