Horrible and extremely unprofessional!!!! Showed up for an appointment that I scheduled with BOTH Mr. Sotto AND his secretary, Patty. We showed up, he wasn't there and Patty acted like WE must've been mistaken. After calling Mr. Sotto, Patty told us they simply, "Forgot"... She said we could come back sometime NEXT week. No can do. Terrible service and lack of management/knowledge is how I'll leave this review.
