Place is filthy,the residents are up all hours and are allowed to terrorize neighborhood with loud screaming, cursing, trashing the area and other blows all over the neighborhood vistitor at come and go at all times 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am . No real person I believe is there to watch over them and if their is they not doing their job this place should be shut down, condemned and bulldozed.

Terrible place residents are allowed to wonder out into the street and be a nuisance to neighboring homes with the screaming, cursing and going into other properties at anytime of day or night, the trash that's left to build up in and around the dumpsters for days at a time is ridiculous a breeding ground for rodents, bugs and the stray cats that the resident feed not to mention the bedding that get put out with bedbugs.
