People are great to deal with
Called to find out why my 3 day late shipment wasn’t here only to be told it’s somewhere on the west coast (I’m in the Midwest). When I asked the customer service lady what the game plan is she acted as if I asked her to personally get in her car and go get it. If you’re going to drop the ball on deliveries at least train your customer service people on how to navigate those situations with customers.
If all LTL carriers took lessons from R&L it'd make my job a ton easier
I applied for a warehouse position. Very friendly customer service. As I applied I then called to say hi. And the customer service person was very nice to give the terminal Mgr. My message. As I have educational and work experience in traffic & Distribution mgt. Thanks
