Would not recommend what so ever. You can never get ahold of her, never answers the phone, does not return calls/emails. She will file your taxes late resulting in penalties. She was not even writing off everything we can write off in our business resulting in us paying $10k in taxes. We switched CPA & Accountant the following year, actually made more money but paid half the amount in taxes because they were actually doing the correct and all of the write offs, unlike Rhonda. Honest book keeping and accounting that everyone can afford. I would recommend R K Silva CPA PLLC to everyone.
Tried to get information on opening a new business here in Tempe. I called and they said Rhonda would get back to me that day. Waited a week and there was no response. Called again and left messages that went un noticed. Called the office again and asked for Rhonda's email. Wrote her an email to which she Replied and I immediately wrote her back to set up a meeting and still no response to this day...they may be good (from what other reviewers say) but I did not get that far with them to be able to know personally.
Best CPA I have ever met!! Rhonda is extremely knowledgeable, genuine,& affordable. I highly recommend her and her services.
