If I could give it 0 stars I would, none of the employees seem to know what their doing, we were on a waiting list (first) for a dog and they sold the dog without calling, one blonde employee is so freaking rude as well as a liar for saying she called me when I called them the day he was sold and they told me he wasn’t ready and they sold him an hour later. My friend and I visited the store, today. We were in the store, for about 30 minutes. There was not one employee, in there. We saw no one. We wondered why there were barely any animals, in there. Upon reading these reviews, I understand why there should not be any animals in there. It felt lonely for the one bird, and a cubicle of puppies, that we saw.
