Great clothing but really rude staff
No acknowledgement by the staff member. Sensing a strange vibe, when i turned around to leave, we were called "stickybeaks" yesterday. Zero stars if that was an option.
I have travelled a lot of places and encountered a lot of people. But this is the worst experience I’ve had at a shop. Went in to browse and she watched us like a hawk from the minute we walked in whilst loudly chewing food. We were looking at clothes and every time we picked something up she was huffing and waiting for us to put it back down. got told to leave if I was only browsing. wanted to buy two new hats and some shoes. two weeks later my kid got told to leave or buy something after being in shop for two minutes.. lady behind counter is a wilderbeast
Probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had, it’s laughable. The lady there was extremely cold, rolled her eyes at my partner and I, standing up at the front desk with her arms crossed. As my partner left the store, he said “see ya”, she responded with “wouldn’t wanna be ya”. Taken aback, he asked her what she meant by that and she shrugged “it’s just a saying, just a rhyme”. ???? Not sure why she made this remark but it’s definitely not customer service.
