I've used R & J for 30+ years, they were the best in town. Rosie would be appalled at the service her customers have got in the last 2 years. I'M DONE!

We have been with them for about 10 years. We were very satisfied with the service and price. Last year the customer service dropped to almost nothing and I felt like we were doing the work ourselves through their portal but still was charged normal amounts. You have to upload each document, enter all amounts in, and if you have a question you have to wait two days to get an answer. I have limited time to work on it.
