The hubs & I have been going to Tim at R&J for, I believe, 27 years. Superb service, excellent staff. I know they had a rough time this year as he lost some staff during the busiest time of the year. We got a little nervous at times and expressed it, but they still dealt with us in a kind, professional manner. They made it right in the end with a huge reduction in our normal fee.
