Great store with extremely friendly and helpful staff. I came in a little stressed out looking for a travel carrier for my dog because I misplaced mine and had to rebook my flight and drive 45 min to find a replacement. The staff made it the best experience possible and helped me to find the right carrier. They had a great selection of treats as well so I made sure to grab a couple of those. They turned a stressful situation into a lovely experience!
SO RUDE!! Went in with our children (long time local family) to shop for our pets and wash our dog quickly and were met with the worst attitude from the guy at the counter. For absolutely no reason. Using foul language in front of my kids…what horrible business etiquette. We like to spoil our pets and we were ready to drop some money but I will not step foot in there again. Don’t waste your time here.
Holy RUDE STAFF. I don’t know who owns this place but the staff couldn’t be any less helpful and flat out NASTY to paying customers. I was honestly thinking how I could drop serious cash in that place and spoil my pets when we were completely caught off guard and met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced- for NO reason. Multiple people told us that place was horrible and now we know for ourselves. DONT BOTHER GOING HERE.
