Bought a bracelet that was to big, went in to have links removed at a good price. Quick and affordable.
Not a true jewelry shop. Had a watch “repaired” from them, the band came undone within a week of having it repaired. Do not trust the reviews from this place, they will give you a better discount if you give a 5 star review. They will also charge you a $4 fee for a $12 “repair” if you use a debit card. Very rude customer service in addition. Do not recommend. I know they will respond to this review but do NOT believe what they say.
