I went in to R&J knowing exactly what I wanted. I had already gotten pricing on the exact same couch in Hickory. I did walk around to make sure there was nothing I preferred but decided I wanted to get pricing on the couch. I had already picked out previously. I was absolutely shocked when the quote for the exact same sectional came in $700 less than what I was quoted at another store. The sales people are helpful but not pushy. R & J Furniture is exceptional! Worth the trip to their showroom where Hannah especially was so helpful in our decisions. Delivery was as expected and done with care as well as perfect placement of all our pieces. Highly recommend!
The costumer service is excellent. They are very attentive to your wants and needs. Even helping in picking out the perfect colors in our new sofa and pillows. We just did a total remodel on our home and the furniture we bought is great quality and customer service was wonderful.
