I went in to R&J knowing exactly what I wanted. I had already gotten pricing on the exact same couch in Hickory. I did walk around to make sure there was nothing I preferred but decided I wanted to get pricing on the couch. I had already picked out previously. R & J Furniture is exceptional! Worth the trip to their showroom where Hannah especially was so helpful in our decisions. Delivery was as expected and done with care as well as perfect placement of all our pieces. Highly recommend!
The costumer service is excellent. They are very attentive to your wants and needs. Even helping in picking out the perfect colors in our new sofa and pillows. We just did a total remodel on our home and the furniture we bought is great quality and customer service was wonderful.
Awesome experience buying a sofa and loveseat from R & J Furniture. Everyone who works at the store was very friendly and helpful. Furniture was reasonably priced and their delivery process was very easy. Would highly recommend purchasing from them!
First time purchasing furniture in person instead of the normal purchasing online. Had help every step of the way and they also worked with me on picking items that would arrive around the same time as I didn't want to wait weeks for different furniture to arrive. Not only did they get me what I wanted, they also had it delivered sooner than the competition would by weeks! The actual delivery itself was a good standard, the movers moved all of the furniture and assembled in a timely manner.
