If you're are thinking about getting a car loan through them or refinancing think twice, if you get GAP or any other warranty through them, it is non refundable so if you refinance you're car somewhere else for a lower rate beware you will get none of that back but still have to pay it through you're final payment. I had refinanced with them for a year on a 72 month loan paid 1200 on GAP refinanced a year later with community america credit union and still had to pay the GAP off with the loan. Credit dropped by 3500 with no defaults on record always on time and more than required on payment amount.i would not recommend Rgfcu to anyone
Worst bank credit union around, they are very un organized. They towed my car 4 months after I paid it off, and they lost money we gave them for car payments.
