“Banking with humans”, is a great sale pitch Sad that you even have to specify that in 2022. RG has always lived up to this, and always had great customer service, I trust them with all my banking needs, because I trust humans.
In my many years of using credit unions, and even as far back as I can remember my parents using credit unions, I have never encountered one that had to hard check your credit to be able to open an account. Why would joining your "family" mean that we're punished before even doing business with you. In a world where credit is almost a necessity. Change your policy.
