I've had great experience dealing with the team. Great customer service and friendly staff.
Credit card is constantly getting declined due to fraud detection at basic places like Walmart for instance, ridiculous have banked with them for several years, but I am considering moving banks due to their credit card fraud detection system is garbage wish I could give it a -5 stars have to spend several minutes of my time every time I try to make a purpose due to them detecting fraud
Bank most definitely give unfriendly racist vibes walking in. The only friendly person is Ella! I been dealing with they back and fourth bs for three weeks they first told me I couldn’t open up a savings account with my passport I bring my I.D in they told me my I.d scanned as fraud. I reached out to the Missouri DMV they said my I.D has no issues! Mind you I work in banking I never heard of this ever before it gives racism and Discrimination vibes!!!! Filed a complaint with the Missouri Board of Credit Unions
I have been dealing with a very complex situation as DPOA for a family member. After several trips to get things handled, I finally met with the branch manager Ashley last week. Ashley took care of everything I needed and was super kind and professional. Thanks for helping me so I can best help my family.
