We got married in September of 2010. We purchased the Silver Wedding package and were supposed to receive a traditional album, two parent albums, an enlargement, and a DVD with all the proofs. One year later, we had not received any of this from him. He never contacted us letting us know what the hang-up was. At this point I called him and asked if he could give us dates for everything.
