Rang up and explained to the lady on the phone what I wanted a quote for. Was told that Keith would come out to quote at the weekend. A guy turned up on the weekend in his non-sign written Range Rover, didn't introduce himself, no name and no mention of what company he was from. I had a few quotes over the week and this was the only quote due on the weekend so I made the assumption that he was here to look at the driveway.
