Have been working with Doug DeFrain and his team for over six years. They are the very best! Experienced team and excellent customer service. Always helpful and available when I have a question. I highly recommend!
Loved working with this team. No frills, fielded all questions over the phone. You can self-manage or have them do everything for you. Love the flexibility, especially when you have a business, employment income and rental properties and multiple States to file.
Dropped quarterly taxes off. First they lost part of the information I submitted, so I had to resubmit information. Then, 3 months later taxes still not done. I had to contact them to see what was going on. They said they’ll start them tomorrow. I wish they would have told me they didn’t have time or didn’t want to do them. Picking them up to take to another accountant. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
