Absolutely terrible!! Made multiple mistakes that cost me money. Terrible customer service. Took them almost a year to amend two tax returns. Don and his staff are not reliable and do not return calls or emails in a timely fashion. I would definitely not recommend.
Don's been my business accountant for 10 years. I once told him he's the man who makes taxes fun again since he makes my life so much easier (he was quick to note he's not sure taxes have ever been fun...). I've easily gotten back a week of my life each of the last 10 years not having to go through the brain damage myself. I'm not sure why I kept doing my own personal taxes until finally having him do those too 5 years ago.
