If you call about something and he knows you can get a significantly lower price out of town, he'll let you know. All in all he will do what he can to make sure his customers are satisfied.
Great service; great place. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable, and the lumber he has is of such good quality that I haven't purchased lumber from Menards in over a year, and I go through several hundred dollars worth a month! Competitive pricing, great product lines, tons of special order items, and many great side services, including glass cutting and screen repair.
