Jeff at R B Custom Upholstery just re-upholstered a set of 8 dining room chairs for us. The old fabric was worn, and the support of the seats had weakened over the years, so the chairs had not been comfortable to sit on. Jeff knew just how to fix the support problem, and put in new webbing and a fiberglass layer, as well as replacing the padding in the chair seats and of course the new fabric we selected. Jeff consulted with me on a bench repair early this year. At the time he was backed up until late March early April. He let me know that once he cleared out some of his current jobs he would get me into the rotation. I never heard back. When I did contact him again he let me know he was now booked out until August. So basically he never got back to me and scheduled other customers into his work rotation without reaching out. Very poor customer service.
R B Custom Upholstery is the best. Very good customer service and quality work. Very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them.
