Jeff consulted with me on a bench repair early this year. At the time he was backed up until late March early April. He let me know that once he cleared out some of his current jobs he would get me into the rotation. I never heard back. When I did contact him again he let me know he was now booked out until August. So basically he never got back to me and scheduled other customers into his work rotation without reaching out. Very poor customer service.
R B Custom Upholstery is the best. Very good customer service and quality work. Very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them.
