Our roadside service contacted R and G Towing to change a blown tire on our truck. A more difficult job since we were towing a 16,000lb fifth wheel RV. Ron arrived fifteen minutes after the roadside service told me he’d be there in forty five minutes. He quickly changed the tire and got us back on the road.

I really appreciated how fast and professional the service was. Despite this being a semi long distance haul — Roy and his partner did a great job with communicating with me; this was my first time in a situation where I needed a tow and they made it very smooth at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone 10/10 !

I was stuck in the red mud in Hamilton Georgia ,delivering packages for Amazon Flex on Friday Dec 05,2025 ,Roy came out and pulled me out of the mud my car wouldn’t go up hill or down until he came and pulled me out.This man got on the muddy ground got his clothes dirty and hooked everything up to get me out of the mud. I keep forgetting to leave a review, but didn’t want to bc Roy truly saved the day. I was mid-roadtrip when I became stranded with my young daughter. He was incredibly professional and quick to change the tire. I highly recommend his services!

Really quick help, and absolutely great customer service. Waited for AAA for 2+ hours, and when they cancelled Roy was there in 30 minutes. Dropped the car off at the dealership and then dropped us off at our house. Thank you again.
