I had an incredible experience. I've had a great deal of trouble with my vehicle over the last 8 months & I thought I was over the the worst. I stop a Walmart to top off the tank & when I tried to start my vehicle fuel pump decided it was going to give up. I'm now stranded. My co-worker came & picked me up & got me back to work. I was stuck in the red mud in Hamilton Georgia ,delivering packages for Amazon Flex on Friday Dec 05,2025 ,Roy came out and pulled me out of the mud my car wouldn’t go up hill or down until he came and pulled me out.This man got on the muddy ground got his clothes dirty and hooked everything up to get me out of the mud. I am about a week late on this review. I apologize for the tardiness. Me and my wife had an event for our kids on a Friday afyer 5 p.m EST. When she was driving she busted her tire open on the curb. I didn't have any tools with me whatsoever and my daughter's event was about to start. I called and Roy came. $185 on a Friday after hours. My wife's car was on a slant towards the curb. Had a tire disintegrate while pulling a 15 foot flatbed trailer with no spare and driving on interstate through south GA. Though it was very dark and very late in the evening, Roy was extremely generous and helpful to get another tire and even changed it. He used his 18 years of experience and knew what to do, right where to go and who to call. Roy even called twice afterwards to make sure the tire was holding up and to make sure I made it home okay.... after I continued to travel for 3 more hours. Great Job!

Really quick help, and absolutely great customer service. Waited for AAA for 2+ hours, and when they cancelled Roy was there in 30 minutes. Dropped the car off at the dealership and then dropped us off at our house. Thank you again.
