We broke down on I-185 on the way home to TN from vacation. We tried to utilize our roadside service membership, who was essentially no help. I decided to try to call a local company directly, and R & G provided outstanding service from start to finish. Roy made it out to us quicker than the 30 minute estimate he provided, but even still he sent 511 to check on us on the meantime. Roy was at my home very quickly and rescued an old lady who can no longer change a tire. I am grateful for his promptness, his work ethic, and his knowledge. I happily recommend him!

Fantastic towing service!!! Roy was extremely kind and helpful. He arrived quickly, got me back to where I needed to be, and assisted in getting the spare tire attached swiftly. I would highly recommend this company. And I appreciate Roy greatly! 10/10

I had an incredible experience. I've had a great deal of trouble with my vehicle over the last 8 months & I thought I was over the the worst. I stop a Walmart to top off the tank & when I tried to start my vehicle fuel pump decided it was going to give up. I'm now stranded. My co-worker came & picked me up & got me back to work. Roy is the man. He just saved us a ton of money. We thought we had a bad battery or alternator. Roy came out to our stranded location (within 10 minutes) and figured out right away that there was a loose connection in a spot I would have never figured. He explained how to tell if it’s the battery or something more serious. He is so personable. He’s our guy from now on. Thanks Roy. Glad we didn’t go get another battery or get taken for an alternator we don’t need.
