Randy Whatley was very helpful when first contacted by phone. When it came time to confirm our meeting time (I had to arrange hotel accommodations), he refused to answer any of my calls. I called him at least 4 times to confirm our meeting time and he did not even give me the respect of a return call. Do not do business with this company. Horrible customer service!
