Mr fawaz from r and a solicitors provided good service for my first house purchase. He kept me updated with each matter throughout the whole process of purchase and even after getting the keys he still dealt with land registry matters and kept me updated in a timely manner without charging me extra.
Probably one of the worst firms my solicitor has had to deal with. They were acting for the purchaser of my property and their gross incompetence caused the delay of the agreed completion date, (suggested by them) even though they were in receipt of all the information prior to the agreed date. Luckily, there was no chain, otherwise it would have created enormous problems for everyone involved in the buying/selling process. Unprofessional with aggressive attitude Don’t pay them upfronts. I have been with them for 6 years but my work is not done yet, they don't know I can give proofs.so don’t waste you time.thank you.
