Avoid them, they have a solicitor called Chand Singh, he has released all the funds to the seller 'Atif Malik' labelled himself as so called property tycoon of Manchester because he was his close friend, without getting the charges removed of the seller's lender, over a year I am chasing them and they are just kept on promising but haven't done anything yet. I have asked many times the director of the firm Mr. Saqab Shahzad to look into this, but he always says to me that he is looking into it, but so far, no solution has be... read more
