I contacted Mr Banwari Sharma lal on two separate occasions about certification of a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) for property and finance for my sibling. On both calls he quoted me £50 for providing the certificate provider signature. I actually waited 2 weeks until he returned from leave to make the appointment in Dudley town centre office, only to be told in person that he now needed to “create a special file" give additional legal advice to my brother, and that the cost would instead be £350. Went for some advice knowing fully well solicitor's aren’t free on which we got told the price £250 per hour followed by which I think is too expensive for you. Money is no issue so shouldn’t judge a book by there cover.
