After Bob passed away, the place is always locked, no one will answer phone, mail box always full, emergency number has now been disconnected. I have been trying for months to get my tax records to get my taxes filed after my husband passed. No one will help me get my papers. I don't know what to do.

Since Bobs passing things haven't been the same. IRS is sending me letters for taxes that were suppose to be filed 2 years ago. I now think they are out of business
