Called on Thursday and spoke to Itzel who explained the process and gave me a ballpark estimate based on Estate documents to be executed for my elderly parents. Called on Saturday and even though it was her day off (her partner was covering Saturdays appts) she came to our home to notarize 10+ documents. She was kind, patient and professional.
