I had set up an appointment for Saturday at 1:00 pm. The person did not show up. When I called and talked to Mark he set up an appointment for Sunday. He texeted in advance to verify he was on his way. He was prompt and made the experience working with very professional. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. If I needed notary services in the future I would definitely use him.
