I have been disabled for many years & I find stuff for everyone! It is great because I do not have to leave my home. They give you 30 days to return, & during The holidays you have till the end of January to return because they are gifts mostly. If you are missing something or you don’t get it they will trac it or replace it. Never worry, QVC is very reliable. I love all the PJS & clothes to just relax in. This store is a treasure trove of home decor, women’s shoes, clothing, handbags & jewelry. I always find things I never knew I couldn’t live without, without blowing my budget.
The store is great ,the customer service is horrible , I stopped going because of how rude the staff was to me and others in my group and we were spending hundreds of dollars at this store.they have great merchantise but I don't think any one should be treated so rude.
just got itouch and opened present but the headphones are missing this sucks hope they give us our merchanise on Monday
